The bid deadline is Friday at 2:00pm.  All bids received prior to that time will be reviewed by the Seller and responded to according to the offer, terms and deadlines. 

All bids submitted must be on a AR Asscoiation of Realtors Purchase and Sale Agreement. All amendments and exhibits must also be submitted with the bid on ARA forms.

If the R.B.I.D. property is being listed as active in the MLS, then the property is available for Bid's.  Please be aware that multiple offers may be submitted.  Total number of bids as well as any offer terms will not be disclosed.

FAX  your bid on or before the bid deadline to the listed co-agent. The co-agent is listed as such in the broker information section of the MLS listing.  If you do not reveive a confirmation of receipt of your offer from the co-agent, please FAX your bid to (501) 843-3211.

If you would like to receive a copy of the sellers property disclosure or have any questions about an R.B.I.D. property, please fill out the online request form below. Be sure and indicate in the comments the property address the buyer is interested in and specifically what you are requesting.  Your request will be processed as soon as possible, usually within one business day.

**All Co-operating real estate agents will receive a 4% commission paid to their real estate broker upon the successful sale and closing, provided the counter offer to purchase is not conditioned upon bank approval.  If a R.B.I.D. property is subject to Bank approval then the co-operating commission will be 3.0%.
